  • 摘要:A self-paced online Principles of Management course was utilized to measure the effects of gender and age (demographic variables), Locus of Control (LOC, a psychosocial measure), and cumulative GPA (a measure of effort) on three separate outcomes: written work, a comprehensive post-test, and the final score earned in the course. In two of the three models, the only significant predictor of student outcomes was cumulative GPA, which is a measure of student effort.
