  • 摘要:Investigations of geomorphological effects of rainfalls in small dry catchments are carried with traditional geomorphological mapping. It gives possibility to estimate the role of morphological factors and to describe qualitative effects of processes. Quantitative data (volume of newly developed forms and material discharged out of catchment) usually are not accurate. Another limitation is the necessity to carry out investigations only in regions where rainfalls took place and scientists could not choose their intensity. Simulations (computer modelling) is the method which gives possibility to overcome these limitations. Older (empirical) and modern (deterministic) models give possibility to choose parameters for simulation so it is possible to test several scenarios. Data from field investigations are used to test and verify the results of simulations. In this paper the author tried to simulate rainfall which was previously investigated in field using mapping method. Hydrometric method was used to estimate the volume of material discharged out of catchment. Modelling was made using the LISEM model, which was built and had been tested for loess areas. Results of mapping and computer simulations are usually similar, but some differences are observed. Filed investigations (mapping) give better possibility to make qualitative description of geomorphological results of rainfall. Simulations are better to determine the zones of erosion and deposition in catchment and give quantitative data about processes. Combination of the results of these two methods (mapping and modelling) used to describe geomorphological results of rainfall shows that computer simulations give possibility to extend investigations on single events (rainfalls).
