摘要：In this report we identify and describe the most important structural characteristics as well as
outcomes of the Swiss labour market and the underlying legal and institutional arrangements.
The main goal is to detect elements of flexibilization of the labour market that, this is the
main working hypothesis of the study, improve the functioning of the labour market, thus
allowing the business sector to achieve higher efficiency and, as a consequence, higher
economic performance
