摘要：There is a need for increased collaboration and partnerships across countries and among governments,
business and civil society. This article considers how SCP awareness and perspectives
could help focus action where it would be most effective, exploit opportunities for development
that better integrate environmental and social (as well as economic) progress from the outset,
and encourage bilateral and multilateral, multi-stakeholder collaboration and partnerships of
mutual benefit to both developed and developing countries.
