摘要：1.Introduction
In the history of the enterprises it was given a great meaning in the ruling, but less
on the information. But with the appearance of the cybernetics it is shown the meaning of
the information as a base for ruling and developed of the enterprises. In the area of the
informatics is hoisted the meaning of the information as a developed resource for ruling.
From here comes the need for creating of systems, which are in a condition to process the
most important database and from them to draw off more quality on the information.
