摘要：The Kyoto Protocol (KP) is an international agreement
on the reduction of anthropogenic emissions of
Greenhouse Gases (GHGs)3 concluded at the third
Conference of the Parties (COP 3) to the United
Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change
(UNFCCC) in Kyoto, December 1997.4 The KP was
the first step to mitigate the impacts of global climate
change. It expires in 2012. In December 2009
COP 15 will be held in Copenhagen where a longterm
agreement on drastic further reductions is on
the agenda.
