摘要：One of the few bright spots in the otherwise depressed
generation business in North America and Europe is
renewables. Pushed by government mandates and state requirements,
and pulled by lucrative subsidies, tax credits, and
financial incentives, they are making inroads everywhere —
but notably, in Europe — and making a comeback in the
Unites States.
