摘要:People feel more comfortable in an environment that feels it to be willing to live in an environment full of
trust that covers the entire life. People in all areas of life, to feel safe and wants to see the phenomenon. Of course,
individual trust spent a good deal of time and work to meet vital needs in the organization want to see.
Organizational features can trust one organizational. Research has been done in this context. The purpose of the
survey, the school employees in the organizational trust sub‐dimensions sensitivity, trust to managers,
communication environment and openness to new teachersʹ sense of satisfaction in life is to test that explanation.
Data collected on, primary school organizational confidence level to determine Yilmaz (2005) developed by the
School Organizational Trust Scale and the teachersʹ life satisfaction levels to determine the Diener and his friends
(1985) was developed by Köker (1991) and by the Turkish been Satiety Life Scale, were used. The operation of the
survey group, the Central Anatolia region who worked in the primary school teachers’ is 957. Analysis of survey
data in the process of being, life satisfaction and organizational trust is lower size sensitivity employees, managers’ trust, communication environment and openness to innovation points no significant relationship
between whether the Pearson Product‐Moment Coefficientsʹ technique has been tested with. Organizational trust
of teachers of lower dimensions of life satisfaction rating procedure has been tested with linear regression
analysis. The results of the survey are as follows. Teacher satisfaction with life, school employees in the sensitivity
of organizational trust, the trust to manager, communications and new media openness scores are a relationship
between positive ways. Teachers in school life satisfaction level of organizational trust in a meaningful way are
interpreted.
