摘要：Human needs will go on the time. The repplying type of human needs changed and several systems have been
arised in time. One of the systems is barter procedures. Barter means exchange of goods and services, in short. The
advantages of barter are; to provide usableness to idle resources, to decrease financial expenses, to decrease resource
cost, to provide dynamic market in spite of economical crises, to minimize collection and delivery risk and to provide
new customers. In the financial and commercial markets, the barter has been seen an alternative model to factoring,
leasing and banking systems because of the above specifications.
