摘要:Situated in the scope of the public education from Rio de Janeiro, this text argues the evaluation of the performance of the pupils in the New Program School, instituted for the State Decree 25.959/2000. Its objective is to understand and to bring to the light the inflections that this evaluation imposes, being guided for the following questions: How this evaluation is structured? Which its nature? Which its impacts in terms of inclusion and social exclusion? The methodology understands analyses of speeches and texts with circulation in the schools, the press and electronic media. The argument admits that this evaluation implies deep changes in the nature of education, in the role of the teachers, the objectives of the practical ones of education and the evaluation of the learning. It concludes explicitando its condutivista nature and insertion in a line of resignification of characteristic educational intentions of the technicist evaluation, but that, in contrast of the explicit expectations, it creates spaces of social exclusion, when evaluating, to distinguish and to differentiate the pupils.
