摘要:TV is more present in our everyday life than we conceive and became so usual that we don’t even perceive its presence. It takes up room not only at people’s homes but also fills almost every corner of contemporaneousness. Its omnipresence has indirect and direct influence over daily life and the way children get to know the world around them. Some authors’ studies hold up the opinion that children have much more intimacy with the world as shown on TV than with the one described in classrooms and textbooks. The present text intends to ponder over and relate the concepts of childhood, school and television. By relating these concepts this text attempts to think about the scenery of children’s knowledge at the present time.
