摘要:The reform of basic education for teachers, wich has been implemented by the Brazialian government since the late 1990s, provides a new logic to the education process, especially on the importance given to the notion of competences. This notion, wich has been show in various studies in the business origin, does not only orient the education resumes, but tends to turn into an, important instrument in the teahing management, with repercussion in terms of wages, career and continued education. Beyond these declared intentions, the vocational project aims to create a new type of teacher, with subjective capacities important to the demanding new form of sociability which charactizes the contemporary capitalist societies.
