摘要：The increasing preoccupation with evaluation of the quality of work life fomented the creation of theoretical models for evaluation of this variable, among stands out the Walton's Model. The objective of this paper is to accomplish a literature review of the Walton's quality of work life model, proceding with a critical analysis of this model. It concludes that Walton's Model, although very used, presents fragilities and the popularization of this model stimulates the different translations appearance, which in most cases doesn't presents a reliable validation.
