摘要：With Volume 38, we conclude our terms as editors of the Journal of Regional Analysis and Policy. It has been a true pleasure to serve the Mid-Continent Regional Science Association in this capacity for the past ten volumes. As a concluding statement, we feel compelled to extend a sincere thank you to those of you who made this possible. First and foremost, we are indebted to the members of the JRAP Editorial Board and all manuscript reviewers for provid-ing valuable input into our editorial decisions. The past ten years of the Journal speak volumes about your careful scrutiny and critique. We also must extend thanks to all who submitted their work to JRAP. Without your outstand-ing work, the Journal would not be what it is today. Our work with many colleagues in the development of several special issues of JRAP was particularly rewarding. Finally, we acknowledge the institutional support provided by the University of Wisconsin System and the Mid-continent Regional Science Association - both its members and Board of Directors.
