  • 摘要:The Organic Law of Education -2009 shows suppressions and vacancies which must be analyzed from a philosophical point of view. Our paper looks for an academical approaching with heuristic sense and it works for recognize the difference between abilities and mistakes. We support this according to the study of following categories: 1. School System - Education System; 2. Teaching State - Secular Education; 3. The Neo-historical point of view - Methodological Nationalism; 4. Humanistical Education - Critical Thinking; 5. Military Education - Religious Education; 6. Intercultural Education - Universal Education. Our theoretical glance has the education and philosophy’s history as a reference’s core.
