摘要:We analyze in this article a regulatory reform process that took place in the Argentine Republic at the beginning of the 1970´s, which introduced the concept of “full adoption” in the legal system. To such end, the article focuses on the arguments and diagnoses that accompanied this reform and on the characteristics of the inaugurated procedures, insofar they constitute a way of investigating the prevailing meanings´ field at that time regarding practices of transference of responsibility over children. To carry out this analysis we start from the idea that these legal amendments must be understood in connection with institutional and social practices in force as far as “minors” are concerned, with consolidated interpretative schemes on abandonment and salvation of children, and with the strengthening of a family ideal based on a marital and family nucleus model.
