摘要：This article analyzes economic and innovative aspects of small technologic companies in Incubadora Celta – Centro para Laboração de Tecnologias Avançadas of Florianópolis city, Santa Catarina state, Brazil. 16 companies out of 39 have been interviewed. The most relevant aspects are: young company owners; high educational degrees of both owners and workers; development of high technology products; focus on software development, though application diversity is wide; constant updates in knowledge and innovations; and high acknowledgement of Incubadora Celta for its finished projects.
