摘要：Accession to the European Union (EU) requires, according to the Treaty of Amsterdam, the integration
into the Economic and Monetary Union and also for euro, to become the national currency for all member
countries. The new world economical situation has proved the fragility of the Eastern (ex-comunist)
economies and has emphasized the ideea acoording to the new EU state members, should be allowed to
start using euro as their current currency under special conditions, as being members of the BCE but
without having places in BCE board.
