摘要：In the context of the alignment with the European standards, the business environment in Romania is faced
with great challenges, being subdued to constant pressure, resulted both from the economic and the
legislative registers.
The present paper proposes itself to show how attractive our country is from the point of view of the
business environment, the investors‟ confidence in this domain, as well as the way in which this is affected
by the world crisis.
