摘要：One of the most visible and most important effects for the stability of the financial system is the
restructuring and the consolidation of the banking system, as main component, so that the credit
institutions to meet the requirements of some functional banking markets, in full globalization process.
Then, we can‟t talk about a qualitative development of the Romanian economy and especially of the
financial system, without the development of the capital market. The banking system must truthfully reflect
the development and decentralizing level within the economy, representing not only a result of the reform,
restructuring and privatization process, but also a very active and mobilizing factor of this process.
