摘要：This article presents some findings of the E-Learning Manager (ELM) Project regarding the skills an e-
learning manager should possess in order to achieve his/her mission. At this point the project is still in the
first stage of it. For the design of the skill card there were identified three domains/units in which an e-
learning manager should possess skills: pedagogy, technology and management. This article presents
some aspects regarding our findings on the management unit.
