摘要:In the context of deep economic, political and social changes, in the last few years, the organizational
culture plays a special role. The culture represents a basic element, no matter its nature and dimensions,
contributing to the organizational success, to the economic and social progress. Changes in values‘
systems and objectives are important for the creation of a new type of the organizational culture, as an
increasing factor in the managerial efficiency. There is not an unique culture for all mankind but a great
variety of cultures which correspond to different forms of human existence.
