摘要：The present paper aims to outline some of the ―traps‖ that might appear during the development and
implementation of an information system. Managers, as promoters of change generated by the
implementation of new information technologies, should know these traps, in order to be able to take
quality decisions and to undertake timely the adequate measures when there are problems that might affect
the quality of the information systems. In practice, these traps might come from different area: the
feasibility study; the risks‘ analysis; the users‘ demands; the cooperation with the stakeholders.
