The incidence of benign renal tumours is less, especially when compared to renal cell carcinomas,
as most are detected incidentally or at autopsy. Few of the benign tumours are unique to
the kidney while few are known to occur at any site such as lipoma. We report 4 cases of
incidental benign renal masses and 1 clear cell carcinoma which is a multilocular cystic renal
cell carcinoma (MCRCC), an incidental finding of smallest size which is probably the first being
reported.
