摘要:This work is oriented toward the DWMT transceiver on the central terminal. Matlab software has been used to perform extensive simulations on the scheme depending on a channel model, which describes the UTP-3 cable frequency response, crosstalk (NEXT and FEXT) and Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN). It has been found that the induced impairments result in irreducible error rates and can be compensated by using Least Square and Zero-Forcing equalizer. Simulated results state the efficiency of wavelet-based scheme concerning the overall system performance. With the investigation of different modulated signals, QAM and PAM have been founded more robust and more spectral efficient than PSK.
