摘要：The paper contains a presentation and a summary analysis on the health services in Romania and the Netherlands. The
research goal is to provide a more complete picture of how each country is providing these services, and how well they satisfy
the public interest. The coordinates for the analysis were: how the health services are organized in each country, how they
operate, how they ensure patient care, the way that they ensures the quality of services offered, and how they are succeeding to
maintain the costs of work carried out.
