摘要:This paper is focused on potential and evaluation of human resources which can be used in
individual and organizational career development. Performance criteria selection supposes the
identification of the most important personality characteristics, of responsibilities and types of
activities specific for each job. Also the efficiencies of working groups is directly affected by
compatibilities between the individual characteristics of each member.
