摘要:It is not known accurately when spices were first used in food. Certainly very long time ago,
by the time of the ancient people many spices had come into use to flavor food. Knowledge of the use
of spices to preserve and flavor food slowly spread through the world wide. What must to know a
consumer about it and its’ substitutes? This paper answer to this question.
