  • 摘要:Ethical issues arise when actions benefiting one group, harm another. Food choices impact both business and behavioral issues in relationship to economic, political, social, and environmental outcomes. If ethics is viewed as a matter of good conduct versus bad, then the business of choosing a healthful diet and advising people similarly would seem to be a virtuous action. However, this is not always the case. This essay examines the business and behavioral issues that impact the educational principles surrounding nutrition and diet to determine how these contexts make people misinterpret advice that comes from government, academics, and the food industry.
