摘要:Consumer protection, represent one of the topical interest issue of our country in this tansit
period to the free market economy, where the population’s offer of goods and services is amplifying and
diversifying in a fast way. That’s exactly this transit period which confront the consumer to some kind of
risks which come first because of the producer and merchant’s fault, and second because of the consumer
himself, who must and has the right to be informed and traned for this.
The present paper work represents a study about the factors which could influence the consumer decision
power in choosing the purchase place of a certain type of alimentary products so that he will be protected
from the risks of an incorrect choice.
