摘要：In our country, the number of SME has known an important growth after 1989. the important
share they hold, makes focusing over this sphere necessary, being confronted with a number of difficulties.
Regarding this aspect, the theoretical and practical approach of this problem is very important.The
improvement of the problems small and medium sized enterprises are confronted to, which continue to
persist in Romania’s economic activity, will not be accomplished without a real involvement and a
permanent dialogue of the officials with organized forms in the small and medium sized enterprises sphere.
