摘要:Benchmarking is an appropriate instrument for organizations that are involved in a continous inprovement
process. These organizations can take the most performing companies as banchmarks. Benchmarking can
be used to improve the performance and to stimulate managers and employees (learning organisation).
Benchmarking is considered as part of TQM – Toatal Quality Management.
