摘要：The present problems, specific to the land register works, are referring to the introduction of the general
land register into our country and with it, the finalization of the forestry land register.
The general landfield register, as it was defined, represents the unitary and compulsory system for
technical, economical and juridical evidence by which it can be realized the identification, registration,
representation (portrayal) on maps and land register plans of all the fields and all the other immovable
from all the territory of the country, regardless their destination or their owners.
