摘要：One of the negative phenomena, illustrative for the transition to the market economy in the
Central and East-European countries is the development of the parallel economies, both registered and the
unregistered. The compression of the underground economy, including the black market of labour, is a
necessity both from point of view macroeconomic stability, development of the business environment, and
security of the labour market.
