摘要:The working out of professional characteristics of the high school teachers is the aim of our investigation. For creating the theoretical model, the function of University with historical and modern sights is scrutinized. As the University is an educational-scientific institution, the research of science and teaching is the function of high school teacher. The existed literature about this question is considered and the theoretical model offered by author has been thought. Professional image of high school teacher, in accordance with realizing of pedagogical culture, considers the unity of three aspects: knowledge of subject, methodical preparation and personal characteristics. The experiment with 350 students and teachers of university was carried out. Professional characteristics of a teacher have been created with summarizing the pedagogical capacities and theoretical model. It was underlined that the professiogram is a changeable and open system. The theoretical model (marked above) is the order of State University of Tbilisi to a teacher.
