The introdruction of a service-oriented architecture (SOA) demands great requirements for the technical and the organizational standards of enterprises. SOA is not supposed to be introduced for a single project, but shall consolidate the complete IT world with sustainable effect. Because of the greater complexity in comparison to monolithic IT-Systems, the introduction requires a bigger initial expenditure which becomes visible in particular in the conversion of the organisational structure and workflow management of the enterprise. The launch must be controlled by a process. This is agreed on in academic studies. However there is no conception, about how the transformation must be organized in general. A SOA must be designed according to the individual requirements of the business. Due to this no "Standard-SOA" exists which could serve as a base for such considerations. In this paper I would like to give a general understanding of this process and associate the involved roles according to the transformation.
