  • 摘要:

The influence of the Internet in several areas of human intervention has caused profound changes in professional and recreational routines of citizens. In the field of journalism, the Internet strongly influenced the business, allowing even the appearance of a new type of journalism commonly called ciberjornalism, webjornalism or digital journalism.
Although the characteristics of this new type of journalism are clearly identified (Bardoel & Deuze, 2001; Díaz Noci, 2001; Hall, 2001; Machado and Palacios, 2003; Salaverria, 2005) until now has not been stabilized properly a model that explore these characteristics,in particular the level of the process of production and the journalistic language.
In terms of production, the online sector remains undermined relating to the traditional media, so investments are still scarce. The weak operating environment has the potential of adverse consequences on the quality of content, and consequently delays the inevitable empowerment of financial publications online.
The hypertextuality one of the most important features of webjournalism, with a residual use (Zamith, 2008). The nonlinear texts scarce and the links are widely used menus, but little in the texts. More than a narrative tool, the links are restricted to a mere organizational function.
The situation is similar in the case of multimediality. It is clear that the publications online are increasingly using video, audio or graphics, but the convergence of content is made by accumulation and not by integration. The videos displayed on the pages of newspapers, for example, are informative pieces with similar characteristics to those of television, and not an integrated element of the basic text of the news. Ultimately, the publications offer the same content in two formats, and not a new journalistic form, as would be desirable.
Also in the field of interactivity there is a significant delay. The reader / user seldom has the opportunity to be part of the news process, being reduced to the role of passive recipient whose only interaction is being able to comment, without an answer, or jump on the news story.
Because we believe that the webjornalism is a fourth kind of journalism - alongside the writing, radio and television - in this work we make proposals that explore the particularities of the Web, hoping in this way contributing to the consolidation of a new journalistic language.
