The Administration thoughts history is being set up by the entrepreneurship urgency, that is, by the appearance of a new thematic area, which study object overpass the abilities approach related to the capacity and the development in functional areas of the organization, in which emerges the entrepreneur. And his/her changing action comes against the famous technologic innovation, that is, with the possibility to create and manage business without strike against the environment. Thus, in the concerned context that involves the environment area which is the logic of innovation must be examined, since the same one interferes in the sustainability ways, very determined by a fear front of the technologic advantages. In this context, the purpose of this article consists in put into practice a search descriptiveinterpretative about the variables: entrepreneurship, technologic innovation and environment, with the intention to show that the argumentation that is being effected about the technologic innovation problems and the environment matter, are being sustained by different theorist point of view, which are unanimous in to affirm the intensive use and without any responsibility of technologies represent an unbalance factor to the environment.
