The intense and frequent changes of this globalized environment forces organizations to join in order to become more competitive. Associations, as the cooperatives, are a way that organizations use to get closer to the consumers and to increase their strength in the market. Thus, the aim of the present work is to study the vision that the cooperated ones have of the cooperative where they are associates. It verified what the cooperated ones find as strong and weak points of the cooperative and father on their points of view in relation to the organization as a whole. It could be perceived that there was a consensus among the cooperated ones about the interests of the cooperative, although when compared with other questions, there were controversies in these opinions. It was concluded that the employee and cooperated ones do not know much about cooperative principles, providing a bigger internal valuation for the capitalist principles. It was also found that there is a powered group and that the more unsatisfied cooperated ones are the ones that less participate of the life of the cooperative.
