The development of a connected strategy of organizational learning and flexibility changed nowadays in a fundamental factor to guarantee the long term companies survival. It mainly happens, in service providing companies, in which the client’s knowledge and the adaptation to the environment changes, among other factors, can be the difference between one Success Company or another sentenced to the failure and followed vanishing from the market. As a starting-point of this study, this paper focus on showing a new organizational model, called “hipertrevo”, that allows the development of the learning strategies and the organizational flexibility in hotel’s companies.
