摘要:The organizational learning processes combine the comprehension of the company environment, its internal resources and the opportunities offered by nets and systems the organization takes part in. This paper is based on a theoretical research about organizational learning processes. It aims to present possibilities to elaborate useful theoretical concepts for use in organizational researches. The article includes: introduction; a historical review of the origins of the debate on organizational learning; its most current issues; the alternatives to the advancement of scientific debate; and theoretical choices for analysis. The conclusion is: the organizational learning field is built by a significant number of authors whose theoretical approach is characterized as dispersed and heterogeneous. In this field, there is a set of well developed and clearly specified or accepted basic concepts on organizational learning. In the end, thinking on organizational research, the paper suggests useful concepts about knowledge, organizational memory, learning levels and agents involved in processes of organizational learning.
