  • 摘要:The federal UniformGuidelines on Employee Selection Procedures (Guidelines; 1978) requires that employers investigate and consider the use of an alternative employment procedure (AEP) if a practice,procedure, or test (PPT) used for selection purposes results in adverse impact on grounds of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.This article discusses some options that employers have inmeeting this requirement.
