摘要:This article summarizes a Ph. D. research in which it's showed how a group of
teachers, students and outgoings have collaborated in order to understand and transform
deeply the physical education training teacher in the Formation del Professoriate's Faculty,
Cáceres (UEx). The main topic is the specific curriculum as part of this degree and the
methodology is action research. This process has been carried out through the
implementation of three concentric cycles: analysis and plan, observed action and
reflection. During the first year the group met thirty-one times to analyze the teaching
process offered and to design an improving action plan. Then, in the same academia year,
the teachers implemented these proposals, each one in his subjects and, simultaneously,
the main researcher applied some qualitative techniques to gather information. At the
same time, obtained data were analyzed using a computer appliance as conventional
methods. Finally, they ended up with some meetings to collective reflections about the
carried out process in the third year.
The supplied idiographic knowledge turns around changes in participant's discourses
(from “technical” reasoning to “practical” ones); participant's praxes (new teacher's uses in designing and developing every curriculum elements); and participant's organization
(news collectives actions in teaching and news professionals coordination, support and
listen's relationships). Future lines research: to know the effects about student's process of
learning that this research has provoked, and to extend this action research in terms of time
and in terms of their topics also.
