摘要:This article deals with cyberspace possibilities for promotion and development of
languages-cultures dialogue. Inevitably, we will particularly focus on recommendations
coming from the ONU through the UNESCO and largely relived by the European Union. In
this context, we are presenting societal issues involved both in cyberspace and languagescultures
dialogue. The analysis will develop what we mean by “languages-cultures dialogue”
and will describe at the same time the kind of languages present in the cyberspace. Through
this reflection, our aim will lead to some answers to the fundamental question, why and how
we have to success languages-cultures dialogue preservation in the sphere of information
society. To that end, we consider that this will be possible by giving a particular attention to
an active and communicative multilingual globalization.
