  • 摘要:This paper contends that pursuit of creativity can help students become better learners in their daily academic endeavor based on the natural synergy that exists among creativity, self-regulated learning, and motivation. Furthermore, we demonstrate how cyber-infrastructures-enabled learning environments can be utilized to better facilitate this process. Only in this sense, the creativity education can be well perceived as we aim to foster a more broadly distributed appreciation and capacity for creative thinking that will have a significant impact on engineering education. The main theme of the paper is to present a new instruction and cognition model that synergizes creativity, self-regulated learning, and motivation; and to explore its application into cyber-infrastucture-enabled Problem/Project-Based Learning for cultivating creativity and self-regulated learning skills of engineering students.
