摘要：This article discusses water resources in Brazil, the difficulties encountered by the population in obtaining clean water, and also means to treat the drilled wells, often promoting epidemics and diseases. A diagnosis of the water supply in the cities of the middle and south coast e of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, was performed showing water capacity and number of wells drilled in the region. It also presents measures which are being proposed by government agencies to solve the lack of clean water.
