摘要:The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of perception of the University
organizational retirement plans on workers’ attitude to work. The study which adopted survey design
had a total of two hundred persons who participated as respondents. The result of data analysis
revealed that workers had very low perception of their universities’ organizational retirement plans. It
also revealed that workers’ attitude to work was largely unfavourable. There was, however, a significant
influence of perception on attitude to work across all the categories of workers. Implications were
discussed and recommendations made.
