摘要：In this paper the basic professional competencies of the defectologist are determinated as a profile of competent specialists are educated at the Institute of Defectology-Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje. We want to emphasize that gratuated defectologist as a general specialist of defectology is enabled and professional competent to make programs, to organize and to work in those three parts of the integral rehabilitation treatment of persons with developmental disabilities (clinical, educational, social-economical part).
