Teachers may be exposed to mobbing originating from the administrators, colleagues, parents, students and caretakers. In addition, mobbing results in motivation problems, unwillingness to go to work, uneasiness, depression and reflecting to students. In the light of research findings, recommendations such as providing victims with support, containing methods of effectively handling, considering the personal traits in appointing the administrators and illuminating mobbing in law literature have been made.
