  • 摘要:The aim of the study is to evaluate that physics teacher candidates improved constructivist activities according to 5E teaching Method in Special Teaching Methods-I courses. This study is carried out with 27 Physics teacher candidates who studied at KTU Fatih Education Faculty in spring term of 2007-2008 academic year. The findings from the study consist of 21 teaching activities which were created by the seven groups according to the defined criteria by the researchers. In conclusion, it was seen that physics teacher candidates can reflect some of 5E teaching method in the materials, and provide activities which include primary experiences for students can build their knowledge. However, it was determined some mistakes and defects about relations physics topics and real life, and explanation stage, extension stage, evaluation stage and crossing about this stages. Therefore it can be suggested that teacher candidates defects on the occupational education lessons both making up for and taking into account for new students and reflecting contemporary teaching approaches to the field education lessons.
